Self Service Terminals Manager

Project Planning & ExecutionØ Manage the implementation plans for the Self Service

Terminals(;SST) of the new retail division including detailing and implementing the following

(working with other stakeholders as appropriate):§ Organizational structure &creation of cross

functional team§ Creation of SST sales fulfillment and service delivery standards§ Working

closely with IT on implementation and testing of infrastructureØ Contribute together with other

key stakeholders to the development of the following as they relate to the SST channels:§

Administrative procedures§ Operations policies & procedures§ Properties and facilities

management§ Operational, Credit and other Risk policies and processesLeadershipØ Introduce

retail banking organizational culture and relevant performance measures (sales oriented with high

quality service - performance driven)Ø Ensure achievement of agreed sales and service quality

KPIsStrategy & Business PlanningØ Ensuring the continuous development of new SST functionality

and servicesØ Monitor, evaluate and act upon information from the financial reports and key

performance indicatorsØ Input into creation of annual plans and budgets according to agreed

timelinesØ Responsible for day-to-day control of budget managementØ Regular reporting to

Senior Management on established performance measuresRegulatory & ComplianceØ Ensure the internet

and mobile services operate in accordance is compliant with all regulatory and operational risk

control requirements, including those related to HR and privacy.Ø Bachelor's degree or aboveØ

Deep industry knowledge and broad understanding of the region, preferably including specific

experience of the KSA marketØ Experience of multi-channel retail model expertise including

e-bankingØ Candidate must be client service oriented, enthusiastic and positiveØ Demonstrated

ability for excellent problem solving in an ever-changing work environment; Adaptable to changesØ

Proven ability to act as part of a multi-skilled group with capability to lead and innovate as well

as manage resources in an efficient mannerØ Excellent communication skills, both written and

spoken with the ability to interact with the publicØ Ability to Influence, empathic skills, people

oriented personality and strong work ethicØ Fluent in English (both verbal and written)Arabic is

an advantage.5 - 8 yearsBasic - Any Graduation
