Rotating Equipment Engineer job responsibilities include:•Interface with client Operations and

Maintenance to continuously improve the overall effectiveness of the Rotating Equipment in the areas

of Life Cycle Cost, Reliability and Production Impact.•Interface with client Worldwide Engineering

Mechanical Integrity and Rotating Equipment experts in order to explore new technologies, solutions,

and industry best practices.•Provide technical input into the design, fabrication and installation

of Rotating Equipment for new and existing facilities, as well as review of vendor specifications

and Scope of Work documentation.•Evaluate new technologies and applications to increase the value

of client Rotating Equipment assets.•Evaluate preventive / predictive maintenance programs and

KPIs to reduce life cycle cost and improve availability.•Review equipment reliability data (e.g.

vibration spectrum data, oil analysis, and engine / compressor PVT analysis).•Review and provide

input into monitoring strategies for Rotating Equipment.•Serve in a leadership role in root cause

failure analysis of Rotating Equipment.•Training and development of young engineers in the

Facilities and Operations departments.•Conduct engineering compliance and technical audits of

procedures, and work to reduce operational gaps.•Provide troubleshooting and analytical problem

solving of critical or repetitive problems.The Rotating Equipment Engineer is to serve as the

technical expert for all matters pertaining to Rotating Equipment within the Facilities Engineering

group, and to provide support to Operations and Maintenance in order to improve the reliability and

performance of Rotating Equipment assets. This will require the application of relevant

technologies, industry best practices, as well as other innovative / creative solutions.15 - 20
