Experience in a traffic management/control role within the construction industry/Nuclear

industry/power plant.Key Responsibilities•Identify and report to the site management the

risks/hazards associated with traffic on the site and provide practical solutions and strategies to

minimize those risks. •Develop the site's traffic management plan in line with the Construction

Management Plan. •Provide advice on traffic management/control solutions during the design and

construction phases of the site •Provide advice and planning/control on the minimization of

vehicle and pedestrian movements within the site. •Provide advice on road safety; on-site and

off-site. •Comply with legislative, regulatory and company policy standards and procedures such as

safety, quality, risk, security, etc. applicable to the role. •Support the Korean client with the

review and preparation of technical documents. Prepare minutes of meetings in English. •Provide

English language support at a day-to-day level. Essential QualificationsHND/HNC or Bachelor level

degree in a relevant disciplineExperience Required•Excellent level of clearly spoken and written

English. •Good interpersonal skills. •Excellent team player. •Have the ability to live in a

remote area and relate to their environment well. •Openness to different working arrangements and

social cultures (knowledge and/or experience of Korean culture would be an advantage). •Knowledge

of the Middle East would be an advantage. •Ability to work in an open office environment, attend

meetings as required and be an effective communicator at all levels. •Good presentation skills and

the ability to represent the client at meetings. •Have at least 8 years experience in a traffic

management/control role within the construction industry. •Have experience of providing clear and

accurate traffic management plans. •Have experience of practical on-site management of traffic

related issues. •Have practical experience of large-scale construction. •Experience of the

nuclear industry would be an asset but not essential.8 - 20 yearsBasic - Diploma
