Key Responsibilities: • Participate in developing the strategy of the Manpower Planning function &
training based on the organization’s strategic plans• Participate in establish and manage the
key performance indicator for the training & Career development function for a better performance•
Prepare and execute the processes of the career development plans policies and processes through
participation in the plan, prepare, implement and monitor those plans• Prepare and execute the
processes of the succession planning for the critical and middle/senior positions to ensure its
sustainable stability• Participate in developing the competencies dictionary for all jobs•
Improving the training policies and procedures as well as the talent pool system and guidelines•
Working closely with the line managers to identifying the training needs analysis and prepare and
monitor the training plan, budget and calendar accordingly• Preparing and supervising the fresh
graduates programs and ensure its implementation properly• Utilizing the SAP at the maximum in the
training, career development and succession planning functions to increase its efficiency and
effectivenessRequired: • Experience in the petrochemical OR manufacturing industry, not less than
7 years in the training & career development functions• Bachelor degree in any major whether
technical, art or management• Fluent in the communication skills in the English• Saudi
nationality7 - 10 yearsBasic - Any Graduation
