A multinational security company based in Qatar is looking for Training Coordinator for its firm.

The ideal candidate should be graduate in business administration or HR management with 5 years

experience in personnel. Covering all aspects of training, preferably in the field of security

industry. Candidate should be well versed in written and spoken English. Coordinate with Training

Manager to lead the corporate training, development efforts to the optimize effectiveness of the

company, expatriate human capital. Coordinate the company management system, key policy makers for

the role of education, training development in the company.He is responsible of;Conduct training

sessions for all levels of staff in soft skills as well as operational skills and knowledge.•

Assist with reviewing and evaluating existing and new training content and programs. •

Assist other trainers with course setup and other training requirements.• Manage the

Learning Management System (LMS) including employee, course and material updates. •

Research, plan and organize training events for all employees. • Manage and maintain the

training calendar through the LMS.• Communicate and distribute to participants and

instructors necessary information and materials prior to the training program. •

Administer and evaluate training program qualification tests and determines eligibility of

prospective attendees.5 - 7 yearsBasic - Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management )
