· Responsible for all logistics and warehouse operations; timely completion of

documentation for clearance of incoming shipments and outgoing shipments· Develop logistics

overall process; highlight risks and implement mitigation measures; provide related training to

logistics and warehouse staff· Develop a list of key contacts at customs, clearing agents,

transportation etc.· Maintain stock in systematic manner by-brand and by-product·

Execute all imports and exports to regional and in-country locations· Develop a list of all

activity and assign to staff for effective and smooth operation· Develop a list of monthly

incoming and outgoing shipments for management· Maintain a log/list of all issues for

incoming and outgoing shipment for presentation in weekly operations reviews· Maintain a

list of slow moving stock and review with management for disposal.· Strong negotiation

skills and an ability to influence to achieve results· Knowledge of imports & exports

procedures, customs/ bank documentations· Knowledge of warehousing methodology·

Fluent in English and Arabic.5 - 8 yearsBasic - Any Graduation
