- This role is a key to the company’s commitment of providing superior customer service and the
Management of customer relationships through effective and quality driven service will be a primary
responsibility.- Provide day-to-day management of the stores, delivery areas and personnel to ensure
the provision of fast, effective and cost efficient service to customers.- Responsible for ensuring
the stores department meets requirements in terms of stock control and quality assurance.- Assume
responsibility for the management of the drivers and trucks, ensuring delivery timing and other
requirements are strictly adhered to.- Will be responsible for scheduling deliveries to meet
customer service requirements whilst ensuring costs and resources effectively.-A college degree
holder-8 to 15 years of experience in a furniture company.-Good knowledge in logistic and dispatch
planning as well as stores management-Able to establish and work within a culture of accuracy and
superior customer service levels.8 - 15 yearsBasic - Any Graduation
