Our Client, a leading Multinational Company is looking for Work Shop Manager,Responsibilities:•To

provide a range of technical advice, support and practical assistance to staff and Trainee.• To

maintain the workshop and related equipment and be able to assist with the enquiries•Complete

records for all vehicles and equipment maintained, to ensure theEfficiency and accountability of the

Workshop•Allocation of tasks to the right staff and to make sure they attend the work•Deciding

about projects on the basis of economic considerations and supervising the employees while they are

working•Supply the workshop with raw materials and working materials, and keeping a watching brief

over the materials, and if necessary re-order more materials•Calculation of new projects•Control

of new constructions and repair of vehicle bodies•Control maintenance of company

vehicles•Control interior fittings of transporters and SUV’s•Observance of given

appointments•Employee's guidance and motivation•Goal oriented as well as cost-conscious

operating principles and team ability•Implementing all the daily workshop operations according to

ISO standards•Meetings with the customers and with the project manager regarding technical

questions•Responsible for 24/7 emergency maintenance service as needed•Cell phone as required

for on-call maintenance•Reports directly to the Managing Director •Maintain a professional

courteous manner with all clients, contractors, and fellow employees•Assure safety standards are

used which comply with all company and country guidelines•Undergo all kinds of training assigned

by the management•Ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical, and

consistent manner•Follow established company policies and those outlined in the employee

handout•Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service request as assigned•Work

within expense limits established•Traveling maybe required•Overtime may be required to meet

project deadline•Following all ISO Quality and Customer Service Standards1 - 5 yearsBasic - Any

Graduation
